Cancellation Policy

Here at Katie Alexis Aesthetics, all appointments must be confirmed before the day of the appointment. If you need to reschedule/cancel, please reschedule at least 24hrs before your appointment. If you are a late cancellation you will be charged 50% for your appointment. If you are later than 15 minutes to your appointment, it will be marked as a No Show, and again, you will be charged 50% for your appointment. You will not be able to reschedule until you pay this fee.
